Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Orders to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are accepted and shipped via USPS. International shipping is not yet available.

Order processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate tracking email when it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $95. Orders under $95 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Expedited options are also available at checkout where eligible.

  • Standard (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, territories, APO/FPO/DPO: Allow 7–14 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods can extend transit times.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you have not received tracking within three business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@fornya.co.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, please email hello@fornya.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. If a tracked package is marked delivered but missing, please first check with neighbors and your carrier, then contact us so we can open a trace and resolve it.

30-day returns on unused items

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Like most apparel, the hat must come back unused and in its original condition with all packaging — please don't wear it in the sauna or wash it before deciding. If you change your mind, decide it isn't for you, or it doesn't fit, send it back unused for a full refund of the product price.

Final-sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service; Fornya is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. If your hat arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping in full — see below.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return plus a new order to keep inventory accurate and to make sure you receive the right item quickly. Sign in to account.fornya.co to start the return, then place a new order.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that's defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

How to start a return

Returns are self-serve online. Sign in to your account at account.fornya.co, open the order, and click Request return. Pick the item and a reason; we'll email return instructions and a shipping address.

If your authentication code or the return email doesn't arrive, check your junk folder. If you still can't sign in or activate the return online, email hello@fornya.co with your order number and we'll handle it for you.
